A Reiki Level I course begins your spiritual and healing experience. You will
discover how to self heal and learn traditional Japanese Reiki techniques as taught
by the founder Mikao Usui, including: Kanji Hand Positions, Byosen Reikan Ho Scanning
and Jakikiri Joka Ho.
This Reiki Level I course includes the 4 Denju (initiation attunements), which raise your frequency, increasing
both your spiritual and universal awareness and awakening your healing gift. By
the end of this Reiki course you will taking steps towards enlightenment and eagerly practicing your newfound healing skills.

NB: After each Denju (attunement) and practice session, time will be given to discuss the students experiences.
