Payments
Bookings for courses and treatments can be made by telephone or email.
Payment for a treatment to be made once we have agreed a suitable treatment plan
and outcomes following a consultation by either:
Video Call
Telephone Call
Email
Payment for a Reiki course to be made in the morning of the first day of the course.
Payment can be made via PayPal or BACS transfer. Please contact me to arrange payment.
Cancellations
Cancellation by Sponsor
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or cancellation of a treatment
or course, we have the right to either issue a refund or offer a later treatment or
place on a future course if suitable dates are available.
Cancellation by Participant
Refunds for treatments are only available prior to the treatment taking place.
Refunds are not available once the treatment has been provided.
Refunds will be available for registrants who choose not to attend the booked course.
The refund will be in full for non-attendance of the entire course or pro-rata
for the hours not attended if part of the course was completed.
All refund requests must be made by the PayPal account holder/BACS account.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and booked course dates.
Refunds will be credited back to the PayPal account/BACS account used for payment.
